Åke Parmerud

Åke Parmerud is a creator of light, media and projection art. The atlas lists 3 works between 1990 and 1997, shown at Ars Electronica Festival. Honours include Honorary Mention at the Prix Ars Electronica 1990 for “Stringquartett”.

Biography

Åke Parmerud (born 1953) has been a full time composer and artist since 1978. He studied music but is also a trained photographer and worked as such from 1972—75. His list of works contains instrumental music, electro-acoustic music, multi-media and video.
