LAb appears in this atlas of light and media art. Their 4 recorded works between 2010 and 2016 were presented at Ars Electronica Festival, Light Festival Ghent and Lumiere. Honours include Honorary Mention at the Prix Ars Electronica 2010 for “Framework f5x5x5”.

Biography

LAb[au]—laboratory for architecture and urbanism (BE), founded in 1997 and based in Brussels, LAb[au] mainly creates interactive artworks, audiovisual performances and scenographies, for which it develops its own software and interfaces.
