Ruini Shi

Ruini Shi is a creator of light, media and projection art. Their 2 recorded works between 2019 and 2023 were presented at Ars Electronica Festival. Honours include Award of Distinction at the Prix Ars Electronica 2019 for “Strings”.

Biography

Ruini Shi (CN) is an artist and designer currently based in London. She explores virtual intimacy by combining film language and technological aesthetics, creating narratives that interrogate the compatibility between humanity and emerging technologies.
