Bianca Leusink created “Buckyball: Get Connected”, a light artwork shown at Amsterdam Light Festival 2015 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The friendship between Twente and Amsterdam, as well as the connection between science and art, are central to this artwork - the 'Buckyball'. It is the symbol of nanotechnology. Sixty carbon atoms create a compound and thus form a molecule.
