“Finestra con vaso” by Massimo Ontani received a Honorary Mention in the Computer Graphics category of the Prix Ars Electronica 1988.
The image "Finestra con vaso" is born out of different stimuli: Above all, from the interest in the design work of personalities like E. Sottsass, which is evident in the modeling of the window's structure and in its material properties. And exactly the latter are another aspect of the image's development.

Massimo Ontani, born in Milan in Dec. 7th, 1960. After scientific studies he acquired his first basic experiences in paper graphics. Has been with RGB Computer Graphics Service Milano, Italy, for 3 years.
