In 2009, the Prix Ars Electronica jury recognised “Les arbres” by Urban9 and Nicolas Bernier (Digital Musics & Sound Art) with a Honorary Mention.
Nostalgia is the background against which “Les arbres” explores the theme of childhood, of those landscapes that reveal monsters and elves, landscapes that free us and close us in, that scare us, that bluster, pour, thunder, rain and storm on us.
