Vivid Sydney 2016 featured “Mondrian Cube”, a light installation by CREATE Christopher Ho, Yunzhen Zhang and Scott Fraser in Sydney. Location: Circular Quay.
The design for this project is inspired by the work of the Dutch painter, Piet Mondrian. Mondrian was a leader in the development of modern abstract art and a founder of the art movement De Stijl, which in the early decades of the twentieth century advocated and explored theories of abstraction.
