Lena Goldsteiner and Sebastian Wedl's “Speed Trials” was honoured with a Honorary Mention at the Prix Ars Electronica 2005, category U19 – Create Your World.
Der Titel „Speed Trials“ leitet sich von einem Lied des verstorbenen Songwriters Elliott Smith ab. Speed Trials zu drehen, war eine spontane Idee. Wir wollten einen möglichst professionell wirkenden Film in kurzer Zeit und mit unprofessionellen Mitteln produzieren.
