Ivan Henriques's “Symbiotic Machine” was honoured with a Honorary Mention at the Prix Ars Electronica 2014, category The Next Idea.
In collaboration with scientists from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, we developed a prototype for an autonomous photosynthetic bio-machine that harvests energy from photosynthetic organisms, applying the energy in order to collect photosynthetic organisms again.
