GLOW Eindhoven 2006 featured “Weeping Willows”, a light artwork by Har Hollands and Kees Bos in Eindhoven.
Along the Dommel River, there is a group of weeping willows. These trees are characterized by their drooping branches, almost touching the water’s surface. Hollands and Bos have projected condensation or raindrops on the trees, slowly descending downward. The association with crying is evident.
