Quantum Flowers consists of fifteen rafts floating in the Dommel River. Colored plastic bottles are attached to each raft, with an LED light and a solar cell inside each bottle. The light-sensitive cell stores solar energy during the day, allowing the LEDs to glow on their own when it’s dark.
